1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TurfSpa LLC ("TurfSpa," "we," "us," or "our") website, Instant Quote Map tool, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

TurfSpa provides professional artificial turf cleaning, maintenance, and restoration services, including but not limited to:

• Debris and organic matter removal
• Deep turf rinsing and water blooming
• Urine and odor enzyme detox treatments
• Infill conditioning and replacement
• Turf grooming and blooming
• Seam and edge repair

We also sell turf care products through our online shop at shop.turfspa.com, which may be subject to additional terms.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through our website, Instant Quote Map, or proposals are estimates only and are based on satellite imagery and the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed during an onsite inspection and may vary based on:

• Actual measured turf area (which may differ from satellite measurement)
• Condition of the turf, infill, and backing
• Accessibility and site-specific factors
• Additional services requested onsite

Estimates generated through our website are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. TurfSpa reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

A minimum service charge applies to all service appointments regardless of turf area size.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Ultimate Pet Detox package includes a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results within 14 days of service, contact us and we will schedule a follow-up visit to address your concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to the Ultimate Pet Detox package and does not cover issues unrelated to the original service (e.g., new pet accidents after service).

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.

• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• TurfSpa reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide the best service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and turf condition
• Ensure the service area is accessible on the scheduled date (gates unlocked, obstacles removed)
• Secure pets during the service appointment
• Remove personal items and furniture from the turf area before service
• Inform us of any known hazards, sprinkler systems, or buried utilities in the service area

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to text messaging on our website, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive recurring automated text messages and calls from TurfSpa at the phone number you provided.
• Messages may include quote details, appointment confirmations, service reminders, and promotional offers.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Instant Quote Map Tool

Our Instant Quote Map tool uses Google Maps satellite imagery to allow you to trace your turf area and receive an estimated quote. By using this tool, you acknowledge that:

• Area measurements are approximations based on satellite imagery and polygon tracing.
• Actual turf area may differ from the satellite-measured area.
• Quotes generated are estimates and are not binding commitments.
• Your use of Google Maps features is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

9. Product Safety

TurfSpa uses proprietary enzyme-based cleaning solutions that are designed to be safe for pets and children when used as directed. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for our products are available on our website. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the relevant SDS information for the products used.

We recommend keeping pets and children off the treated turf until it has fully dried after service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• TurfSpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• TurfSpa is not responsible for pre-existing turf damage, manufacturing defects, improper installation, or conditions not caused by our services.
• We are not liable for damage to turf that is already in deteriorated condition beyond normal wear.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software, is the property of TurfSpa LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

"TurfSpa" and the TurfSpa logo are trademarks of TurfSpa LLC.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurfSpa LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
